Pratoberra Rosso

Wine description
The vines grow in the mild climate of Sicily's south-west coast on limestone and sandy soils. Pratoberra is produced using the “parziale appassimento” method, in which part of the grapes are naturally dried on the vine. This results in a full-bodied wine with spicy notes and aromas of ripe red fruit. The wine matured for a further 6 months in barriques made of Allier oak and impresses with its long-lasting, rounded finish.
