Characteristics

In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale, brilliant yellow with greenish tints. The nose reveals typical aromas of elderflower, gooseberry and fresh citrus notes. On the palate it is juicy, fruit-driven and lively, carried by a delicate touch of residual sweetness. The invigorating acidity provides freshness and balance, and the finish is harmonious, elegant and pleasantly refreshing.

Serving suggestion
