Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Orders from persons under 18 years of age will not be processed or fulfilled.

Minimum order quantity

We ship from a minimum order quantity of 12 bottles.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown to you during the order process before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually shipped within a few working days. Our customer service or the transport provider will inform you of the exact delivery date. Pieroth SA reserves the right to make partial deliveries if necessary.

Handover and proof of age

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Alcoholic beverages are handed over exclusively to persons aged 18 and over; proof of age may be requested upon handover.

Payment

Delivery is made together with an invoice. The invoice amount is payable net within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. Pieroth SA is entitled to request a partial payment or payment in advance before or upon delivery.

Transport damage

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. Please report obvious defects or transport damage within 7 days to service@pieroth.ch or by phone at 041 785 62 21.
