Characteristics

The bouquet contains aromas of fresh fruit, especially plenty of apple and pear, but also fine notes of blossom honey and dried fruits such as raisin and apricot. On the palate, the flavour is pleasant and lively, with a lovely balance of acidity and fruit. Once again, the fruity notes we already know from the nose appear, with the addition of delicate almond and brioche notes. Its finish is marked by a fine perlage and delights with a subtly fruity, delicate spiciness.

Serving suggestion

A wonderful all-rounder that is equally pleasing as an aperitif and cuts a fine figure as an accompaniment to a starter.
