The grape pomace used to produce this fine product comes from Prosecco grapes. These grapes were grown on the hills around Conegliano, in the DOC area of Valdobbiadene, part of the Veneto wine region in northern Italy.
Characteristics
In colour, this grappa presents itself straw-coloured. On the nose it is fine, with a delicate scent of vanilla combined with the characteristic aromas of grappa. It washes over the palate in full harmony. In taste it is soft, lightly fruity and aromatic.
Serving suggestion
Neat, or with pastries, dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, or dried fruit.
