The Chevalier de Metairie Rouge from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France captivates with its fruity main aromas of cherry and blackberry, accompanied by a delicate, smoky cedarwood tone. This velvety red wine, with medium body, mild acidity and light tannins, is perfectly suited to poultry, light meat and mature cheese. Served at 16–18 °C, it unfolds its full aromatic power.
