Château Bel Air Réserve AC Entre-deux-Mers
«Excellent with fish, seafood, oysters, quiche Lorraine and as an aperitif.»Serving suggestion, Pieroth catalogue
The Entre-deux-Mers appellation is very well known for its dry white wines. Its rules are far stricter than those of the Bordeaux appellation, and the growers also voluntarily limit their production. It is the Sauvignon grape that gives Entre-deux-Mers wines their unique aroma, which is especially prized in young wines.
For our Entre-deux-Mers we sought the perfect balance between the three white grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. The result impresses with great aromatic purity, striking freshness and harmonious sweetness.
